Hello, I’m Raminta – an astrologer, tarot reader, and coaching specialist. My primary focus is on relationships, especially toxic relationships, which present profound challenges to daily life and emotional health. Statistics show that one in five or six people encounter manipulative behavior that leads to chronic stress, psychological imbalance, and affects both emotional and physical health (Buss, 2015; Tye, 2017). For this reason, I am here to support those affected by manipulation, helping them to differentiate reality from the illusions often created in short or long-term relationships.
I work with people who have endured various types of abuse: psychological, physical, financial, and sexual. Some have also been manipulated into criminal activities or drug addiction by their partners. Studies confirm that such manipulative influence can destabilize the nervous system and lead to hormonal imbalances, sustained by constant tension and sporadic moments of happiness (Porges, 2011; McEwen, 2019). My work focuses on restoring balance and internal stability and creating a safe space where you can feel supported.
I utilize both holistic practices and scientifically supported therapeutic methods to provide comprehensive support. Modern psychology studies confirm that survivors of manipulative relationships often experience post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms resulting from chronic stress and prolonged anxiety (Herman, 1992; Briere, 2019). Together, we will find ways to stabilize your nervous and hormonal systems, learn to distinguish manipulation from reality, and discover methods to end destructive relationships or, if that is not possible, communicate in ways that minimize harm to you.
